Weight, yarn, ply, weave, border, size and finish are written down before anything is woven.

You receive graded samples and test them in your own laundry.
Inspect
Each lot is checked against the approved specification before packing.
Dispatch
Every bundle ships with its Proof Stamp and lot number.
The spec travels with the towel
Hotel buyers compare towels on GSM, fibre and construction. So we print those numbers in one consistent block on the hang-tag, the sample card, the quotation and the product page.
A Proof Stamp only ever carries numbers from the mill's specification or a test report for that lot. If a value hasn't been measured, it isn't printed.
